Smugglers Brew Pub
Smugglers Brew Pub is located in Telluride Colorado, a town which seems to be known by just about everybody, all around the country. We hear news of Hollywood star sightings, of film festivals, and music festivals that last for days. Some of the country’s finest skiing and most beautiful scenery can be found in Telluride. The down town area has the authentic old west look and feel, surrounded by the towering peaks of the San Juan Mountains.
A couple blocks from the main strip you can find a true brew pub, complete with tasty beers, a full menu, and plenty of character. At 8,750 feet, Smugglers very fitting tag line is “Beer With An Altitude”. Their extensive beer list includes such offerings as; Smugglers 10:13 Stout, Powder Night Espresso Porter, Two Planker Porter, Shred Betty Rasberry Wheat, Wildcat Wheat, Strong Scottish Ale, Palmyra Pilsner, Road Rash Red, Imperial San Juan Skyhop, Ingrams IPA, Knuckledraggers Extra Pale Ale, and the award winning Rocky Mountain Rye. When visiting, ask about their seasonal brews as well. Smugglers also offers a full bar, bottled beers, wine, and specialty drinks.
As you sit at the bar or in the restaurant, you are surrounded by vintage mining photos and historic graffiti from the days when Telluride was a mining town, in the late 1800’s. These old photos, artifacts and one hundred year old scribblings are the artwork which can be enjoyed in this truly unique atmosphere.
On the menu visitors will find everything from appetizers and soups & salads to burgers, sandwiches, and full dinners. End with a sweet desert and all will leave full and happy.
